Charlotte Virtual School is operated by Charlotte County Public Schools under a franchise agreement with Florida Virtual School (FLVS), a national leader in online instruction. Charlotte Virtual will be using the same rigorous curriculum as FLVS with local, highly qualified teachers.

Public School Students
All public school students are required to meet with their guidance counselor before registering for classes. Registration for Charlotte Virtual classes is open now.
Private School Students
Your private school must be registered with FLVS and you must meet with your guidance counselor before registering for Charlotte Virtual courses.
Full Time Charlotte Virtual Instruction Program (CVIP)
To be eligible for the program, students must have spent the prior school year in attendance at a public school in Florida or be the dependent of a member of the military who was transferred in the last 12 months (proof of transfer required).
2011-2012 Virtual School Registration for all interested students will be held from February 1, 2011 - February 26, 2011.
