CCPS HealthStat Clinic

Welcome to Charlotte County Public Schools employee clinic home page. Your clinic, which is managed by HealthStat, is equipped with two nurse practitioners, one phlebotomist for lab work, and one receptionist. The hours of operation can be found below. To utilize the clinic you must be an employee, or a dependent of an employee, who is enrolled in one of our insurance plans. Benefits of using our clinic include no copayments for the patient, as well as free medications and free lab work (please see what medications and labs are provided at no costs in the lists below). To make an appointment, which you must do to be seen, please call one of the two numbers below to find a time that best fits your schedule.
