EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

To receive authorization for services or for additional information, please call your EAP at 1-800-272-3626 (1-800-BRADMAN). For legal or financial matters, office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For emergency situations, the employee or family members may call the 24-hour toll-free number.

An Intake Coordinator will schedule an appointment with a provider who best suits the individual's needs. The service is confidential. No information will be released without the client's authorization, except as expressly authorized or required under law.

Employee Assistance is also available through The Standard. Horizon Health EAP offers support, guidance and resource that can help you resolve personal issues and meet life's challenges. Mental Health Assistance

The Bradman/UniPsych Companies offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that addresses many lifestyle situations and problems. All full-time CCPS employees and their dependents are covered by the EAP.

The EAP is a completely confidential service that allows CCPS employees and their families to receive counseling for problems not usually covered by group health plans. Licensed and insured EAP counselors will help supervisors, employees and family members deal with problematic job and personal situations. The EAP is separate from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield health plans. Typically, up to five visits are provided at no cost to the employee.

Legal Assistance

Bradman/UniPsych retains a program that maintains a national network of over 10,000 attorneys with an average of over 15 years experience in their respective areas of practice. The program offers in-house attorneys who are on-call to consult on general consulting issues and intervene when a member may have a question or concern.

Licensed Financial Professionals

Bradman/UniPsych retains a financial services program that maintains a national network of licensed financial professionals offering advice and services regarding financial matters. Employees and their family can seek the advice of an experienced attorney or a licensed financial professional on personal legal or financial matters they may have, including but not limited to:
